Coastal view rooms are reserved for attendees and their guests at the group rate of $325 per night, plus applicable taxes. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of Thursday May 21, 2026, whichever comes first. The resort has extended the group rate three days prior and three days after the course, based on availability. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Call the hotel at 904-277-1100 and identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Clinical Reviews and Primary Care Update course or visit the reservation link Ritz-Carlton. Guests receive complimentary in-room internet service. Rooms are limited, so we encourage early booking. All parking at the resort is provided by valet service. Overnight parking at the resort is $25 per night.

The resort fee is $25.00 per room, per day, plus tax and includes the following services and amenities:
