Topics address learners of all career stages on insights and organizational models to cultivate a culture of career growth.

Target Audience
This course is designed for physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

- Analyze organizational structure and mission alignment to cultivate leadership and drive professional development across healthcare teams.
