1. Differentiate between myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and Long COVID (LC)
2. Develop a framework for counseling on pacing and other non-pharmacologic management options for ME/CFS and LC
3. Describe common management options for ME/CFS and LC
