Title: Critical Care Medicine Morbidity and Mortality Conference

Learning Objectives:

  1. Analyze ICU case outcomes to identify clinical, procedural, and system-level factors contributing to morbidity and mortality.​

  2. Evaluate adverse events and near misses to determine evidence-based strategies for improving patient safety and quality of care.​

  3. Apply lessons learned from case discussions to future clinical decision-making and patient management in critical care practice.​

  4. Synthesize multidisciplinary perspectives to develop collaborative approaches for addressing complex ICU challenges.​

  5. Reflect on personal and team performance to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in critical care.
