Overview
The Mayo Clinic Faculty Development Seminar, for Naples Community Hospital, is designed to enhance the skills of both seasoned and novice educators with the tools they need to instruct, guide, train, and mentor the learners.

Target Audience
This course is intended for Naples Community Hospital Physicians, Physician Extenders, and Allied Health who are involved with the education and teaching of Residents and Fellows, as well as, Medical and Health Science students.
Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Identify the optimal approach to provide effective feedback to the trainees
- Summarize steps to provide effective remediation to the struggling learners
- Review adult learning strategies in medical education
