Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Identity the clinical phenotype and 2016 ACR diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia.
2. Differentiate nociplastic fibromyalgia from structural, inflammatory, neurologic, or medication-related mimics that warrant additional workup.
3. Formulate a function-centered PM&R treatment plan using education, graded activity, sleep/behavioral strategies, and targeted medication options.
4. Identify factors that influence discharge disposition from IRF.
5. Develop an understanding on ML techniques.
6. Illustrate statistical modeling techniques.
