DESCRIPTION
The conferences include monthly journal clubs, which consist of critical review of recent literature by faculty or learners undergoing a rotation in PM&R (residents, fellows, medical students). The topic of the article chosen must be pertinent to PM&R, and example of these topics include neurological rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, musculoskeletal medicine.

Live-Streamed; Bi-Monthly on Wednesday from 7:00-8:00 a.m.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Physicians, Resident Fellows and Students.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the specialties that may offer additional services to improve outcomes among physical medicine and rehabilitation patients.
  • Identify what specialists from outside of physical medicine and rehabilitation can offer patients undergoing physical rehabilitation.
