The Healthcare Executive Leadership Bootcamp is designed to prepare existing and emerging healthcare leaders for career advancement and to seize organizational and professional strategic opportunities. Intended to help healthcare professionals drive growth and success in their organizations, this two-day course will focus on leadership and organizational behavior, financial management, human resources, quality management and strategic management. Along with traditional didactic presentations, an emphasis on interactive learning in small groups using accelerated scenarios assists learners in developing leadership skills and making the transition from clinician to leader.

Target Audience

Parking
Parking is available in multiple lots near the Cannaday Building at no charge, as well as in the Mayo patient/visitor ramp adjacent to the Davis Building on Mayo Boulevard at $5 per day on Friday and no charge on Saturday. The cost for parking is not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
