Target Audience
This course is designed for internists, hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, and allied health from novice to experienced.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe how to provide high-level care to all patients based on the most recent practice guidelines, medical evidence and standards of care.
- Demonstrate the most recent evidence on diagnosis and management of atrial fibrillation in hospitalized patients.
- Describe the most recent evidence on perioperative medication management.
- Describe updated evidence-based guidelines on the management of hospitalized patients with heart failure
- Recognize shock plus describe optimal management of shock.

Location
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate at the Omni Amelia Island Resort. In order to receive the special rate of $285/night plus tax (includes resort fee), reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the cut-off date of September 12, 2025, whichever comes first. Take I-95 North to Exit 373 (Route A1A East). Go East 11.2 miles to Amelia Island Parkway, (turn right at 1st traffic light, just over Intracoastal Waterway Bridge). From the North:
