Mayo Clinic's OB/GYN practice has a 25-year history of cutting edge courses for practicing obstetric, gynecologic, family medicine and internal medicine providers. We are pleased to offer our first enterprise wide clinical and surgical course drawing leading experts from Mayo Clinic Arizona, Florida, Rochester, and Mayo Clinic Health System. Highlights encompassing clinical and surgical aspects of OBGYN include practical talks and hands-on laboratories on:
- Fertility surgery in the era of IVF, where does it stand?
- Preventing preterm birth, what the data tells us
- Surgical management of endometriosis
- HRT, what’s the evidence?
- Personalized feedback of surgical skills using video review and simulation of vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches

Target Audience
This program has been designed for practicing obstetricians, gynecologists, family practitioners, general internists, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, residents, fellows and others who have an interest in women’s healthcare.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Appraise the risks and benefits of menopausal hormone therapy compared with non-hormonal options
- Interpret practice guidelines for induction of labor
- Recommend appropriate cervical cancer screening in high risk and transgender patients
- Contrast the risks of uterine-preserving therapies for benign gynecologic conditions with the long-term risks of hysterectomy

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
