Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 

  1. Interpret emerging evidence on biomarkers and genomic assays to refine risk stratification and treatment selection 

  2. Integrate updates on systemic therapies (e.g., endocrine therapy, chemotherapy, targeted agents) into individualized treatment plans for early-stage and metastatic HER2-positive and ER-positive/HER2- breast cancer 

  3. Assess how recent findings may impact shared decision-making regarding treatment escalation or de-escalation
