Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Describe the study design, patient population, and treatment protocols used to compare intra-articular PRP versus genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation for chronic knee osteoarthritis.
  2. Compare the pain (VAS) and Disability (ODI) outcomes between the PRP and GNRFA groups at short-term (3-6 month) versus long-term (12-24 month) follow-ups.
  3. Propose patient-selection criteria (e.g., OA severity, desired durability of relief, tolerance for repeat procedures) to guide the choice between PRP and GNRFA in clinical practice, based on the trial's finding and its stated integrity.
  4. Describe how diffusion tensor tractography quantifies corticospinal tract integrity.
  5. Interpret the prognostic significance of early CST integrity in stroke rehabilitation.
  6. Evaluate the role of serial DTT imaging in rehabilitation planning.
