Dr. Wilcox is an emergency medicine-critical care physician at Massachusetts General Hospital with an interest in the junction of EM and critical care. She has attended in numerous ICUs, including surgical, medical, and cardiac, and these experiences have fostered her interests in airway management, mechanical ventilation, and pulmonary hypertension. She has worked at Boston MedFlight since 2009, first as an Associate Medical Director, and now as the Associate Chief Medical Officer since 2018. She is the inaugural Chief of the Division of Critical Care in the Department of Emergency Medicine and is also the Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs in the MGH ED.
