Dental Reviews is a unique multifaceted selection of relevant topics integrating medicine and dentistry. Presentations made by Mayo Clinic faculty along with distinguished visiting faculty will provide a balance of contemporary information and a comprehensive overview on medical and dental topics including research, surgery and dentistry.`

Credit Information
A total of 12.5 continuing education credits may be earned by attending Dental Reviews general sessions. 

Please Note: This course does not offer ADA CERP or AGD PACE credit.

Target Audience

This program is designed for dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other office staff who desire a clinical update.

Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Relate dental and medical information to specific challenges seen in everyday dentistry. 
  • Review contemporary medical issues, helping to provide you with a greater understanding of your patient’s medical history as it may impact your dental treatment plan for that patient. 
  • Identify and apply evidence based research regarding contemporary medical issues pertinent to your patient’s dental health.
