  • Assess the increasing problem with long waiting times resulting in death on the waiting list for patients with ESRD
  • Examine potential opportunities for increasing utilization of suboptimal donor organs
  • Discuss MCA kidney transplant program’s innovations for transplanting suboptimal organs
  • Analyze program characteristics necessary for transplanting kidneys from suboptimal donors
