Learning Objectives ~ Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

• Recognize that Dharma (a distillation of authenticity, truth and vocation), happiness, and living with purpose are inextricably linked.

• Identify the happiness formula derived from the study of monozygotic twins.

• Appraise the roles of friendship, forgiveness, serving others, and living with abundance and gratitude in one’s happiness.

• Conclude that happiness is more than the sum total of happy moments and that the wellspring of sustained happiness is living with purpose.
