Learning Objectives ~ Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
Recognize that Dharma (a distillation of authenticity, truth and vocation), happiness, and living with purpose are inextricably linked.
Identify the happiness formula derived from the study of monozygotic twins.
Appraise the roles of friendship, forgiveness, serving others, and living with abundance and gratitude in one’s happiness.
Conclude that happiness is more than the sum total of happy moments and that the wellspring of sustained happiness is living with purpose.
