This course provides a platform for Hispanic women in medicine to connect, share experiences, and advance careers. Through insightful discussions, workshops, and networking, attendees explore topics like career advancement, leadership, work-life balance, and advocacy. Renowned speakers offer strategies for success. Attendees engage with peers, mentors, and sponsors, fostering meaningful connections. Whether a student, resident, early-career professional, or established practitioner, this conference offers valuable insights and networking opportunities to support their journey in medicine.

Physician, physician assistant, nurse, nurse practitioner, resident fellow, and student.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify skills needed to overcome challenges faced by HWM.
- List cultural biases related to HWM stereotypes that may impact patient care.
- Assess practical strategies to increase well-being of HWM.
- Define skills for HWM leadership development.
- Recognize networking opportunities for HWM career advancement
