•Participants will be able to identify the key components of a quality improvement project

•Participants will be able to identify three components that assure acceptance of change.

•Participants will be able to identify at least three current issues within the outpatient Endocrine section that would lend themselves to a successful quality improvement intervention.

•Participants will be able to identify elements to be included on a survey tool to initiate a quality improvement project.
