1. Recognize that untreated late effects from childhood cancer may lead to poor quality of life and shortened lifespan

2. Identify current screening guidelines for endocrine late-effects in survivors of childhood cancer

3. Diagnose endocrine late effects in survivor patients

4. Treat endocrine late effects in survivor patients

5. Demonstrate the need for an adult survivor program
