Mayo Post Acute Care Conference 2018

The Mayo Post Acute Care Conference is intended for Mayo Midwest hospital care team members who participate in the Mayo Post Acute Care program. Leadership messages and patient stories will highlight successes of the program, and educational content for providers (MD, NP, PA, RN, PT, OT and Social Workers) working in transitional care units will be provided. Registration and attendance is by invitation ONLY.
Target Audience
This course is designed for Mayo Midwest hospital care team members who participate in the Mayo Post Acute Care program.
Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Identify behaviors in assessing risk and patient safety.
- Describe care provided to patients with recent stroke.
- Recognize core principles that may be incorporated into practice.
- Describe how to apply therapeutic technologies regarding wound care.
