You must be registered for and attend the Mayo Clinic 4th Annual Gastroenterology & Hepatology Update in order to take the post-course MOC Reflective Question Survey. Once the course has adjourned, you will be able to take the MOC quiz by going to the Start tab and clicking the Start button.

Your response should be at least 4-5 sentences in length. You will have 30 days post-course to submit your survey response. The deadline will be October 29, 2018.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received.
