Pinto e Vairo, Filippo, M.D., Ph.D.
Filippo Pinto e Vairo is a medical geneticist with a Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology. He is the Medical Director of the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine Program for Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases (PRaUD) and member of the Translational Omics Program (TOP) team where he is involved in developing and/or implementing novel methodologies for the identification of genetic variation causing disease and to functionally validate variant pathogenicity to ultimately increase the number of patients receiving a genetic diagnosis.
