Overview:
The E=MC² Program is a longitudinal professional development initiative designed to help Senior Associate Consultants identify, develop, and advance their career purpose within Mayo Clinic. The curriculum is aligned with Mayo Clinic's 2030 Strategic Plan and explores key topics including career planning, leadership development, organizational strategy, healthcare agility, and the evolving needs of patients and communities.
A central component of the program is the development of an individualized capstone project focused on each participant's career goals and professional development plan. During the IMGR session, three E=MC² participants will present their capstone projects, highlighting their career vision, strategic objectives, and the practical application of concepts learned throughout the program.
This session will be led by Dr. Jewel Samadder
