Target Audience
This course is designed for healthcare providers in family medicine.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify how care team composition and continuity of care affects the efficient delivery of primary healthcare services and the quality of care patients receive.
- Explain how a case report can impact your awareness of unusual presentations, eliminate anchoring bias, and improve practice-based learning.
- Describe how the PDSA cycle and other QI techniques can be used to drive improvement in our delivery of preventative and chronic disease management services to our panel of patients.
