A digital symposium delivered entirely by women of national and international recognition in the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology. This symposium highlights a spectrum of topics to include clinical care, education, clinical-basic science research and professional development. Up-to-date information is delivered for this digital experience via prerecorded presentations accompanied by live introductions, session moderation, and Q and A sessions.

Target Audience

This symposium is designed to meet the professional needs of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and individuals with an interest in gastroenterology and hepatology.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify appropriate management options for patients with inflammatory bowel disease
  • Summarize the broad spectrum of pancreas diseases to include chronic pancreatitis, autoimmune pancreatitis and management of pancreas fluid collections
  • Discuss various options for endobariatric interventions but also the education, training, and subsequent patient management
  • Review artificial intelligence opportunities and how it may impact and enhance our practice
