DESCRIPTION
This activity occurs every first and third Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. in Gonda 19-121.

eTumor Boards are multidisciplinary, multi-site discussions, offering participating providers informal advice regarding diagnostic tests and treatment options for current complex cancer cases. These live Mayo Clinic videoconferences provide a forum for dynamic and collegial conversations between Mayo Clinic specialists and providers at Mayo Clinic Care Network sites.  In addition to their impact on patient care, eTumor Boards also provide considerable educational value to Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Care Network providers. 

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended for physicians, nurses, and other health care providers with an interest in the participating in case discussions related to patients with Lymphoma.  Dedicated clinical teams with representation from both diagnostic and treatment specialties participate in case review discussions; additional specialists also weigh-in as relevant to the case.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

•Describe applicable results of important histology-specific clinical trials and put into clinical context
•Identify investigational therapeutic regimens that would be alternatives to standard of care approaches
•Evaluate current clinical practice approaches and applications to each specific patient and suggest alternative radiology, pathology, and clinical practices
