LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify the Internal Medicine Residency Program’s strategic priorities in alignment with the Department of Medicine’s DOM35 priorities and describe tangible examples of how we’re preparing our residents to be ready for the future of medicine. 
  • Demonstrate how the Department of Medicine is fostering belonging and developing the workplace of the future through Belonging initiatives and strategic priorities in alignment with DOM35. 
  • Explain how external and internal recruitment efforts and the upskilling of faculty will prepare future leaders in the Department of Medicine. 
  • Describe how patients and staff are at the center of Bold. Forward. Unbound. in Rochester and share construction/transformation updates and progress.
