  • Describe the role of integrated multidisciplinary teams for the transition of care of COVID-19 patients from inpatient to outpatient
  • Discuss inpatient care management of COVID-19 patients in Mayo Clinic
  • Identify the successes and challenges of safe discharge planning for COVID-19 patients to various dispositions including public health responsibilities
  • Integrate the management of recently discharged COVID-19 patients by a multidisciplinary team
  • Describe the potential benefits of remotely monitoring patient symptoms and vitals with centralized nurse care coordination for the management of COVID-19 illness
