Learning Objectives:

At the completion of this lesson the learner will be able to: 

1. Identify terminology that would increase the severity of illness and risk of mortality in common cardiovascular diagnoses. 

2. Identify the correct documentation terminology to correctly code ACS scenarios including STEMI, NSTEMI.

3. Document ICD 10 changes describing various forms of hypertension.
