DESCRIPTION
Multidisciplinary Thoracic Tumor board was initiated at the Mayo Clinic AZ campus.  The meeting includes providers and learners from Thoracic Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pulmonary Medicine, Pathology, Radiology, Interventional Radiology, and Research Teams.   

In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on Tuesday from 7:00-8:00 a.m.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Resident Fellows, Scientist Researcher PhDs, and Students. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Utilize a multidisciplinary approach to determine treatment options for thoracic malignancies.
  • Construct optimal guideline-based treatment plans for patients with thoracic malignancies.
  • Translate new discipline-specific educational advances into practical applications for the thoracic malignancy group.
