"Sphingolipids: Common Pathway for Multiple Neurodegenerative Diseases"

Learning objectives:
Identify multiple neurodegenerative diseases associated with the sphingolipid pathway
Review the translational work relating the sphingolipid pathway, from cells to humans, for Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease
Describe how plasma sphingolipids could be utilized as biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease
