Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify opportunities to improve the diversity, equity, and inclusion climate for Mayo Clinic learners
- Define the four levels of psychological safety and importance of psychological safety to key outcomes (inclusion, well-being, patient safety, innovation)
- Discuss practical strategies educators can use to create an inclusive and equitable learning environment
