This course is designed to enhance medical providers (MD, DO, PA, ARNP) overall knowledge of neurosurgical disorders and conditions. This one day course will focus on discussions concerning the management of cranial, spinal, functional, endovascular and pediatric disorders, as well as technological advancements. The course will provide a mixture of didactic, case-based and evidence based guidelines review, along with an opportunity for panel discussion.

Target Audience
This course is designed for neurosurgeons, neurosurgery residents, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, nurses and other healthcare personnel who are interested in this field.
The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is offering hotel rooms for attendees and their guests at the following group rates plus applicable taxes and golfview hotel rooms at the group .

Golfview: $259.00 per night
In order to receive the special rate, identify yourself as a participant of the “Mayo Clinic Neurosurgery Updates”. Reservations must be made by February 8, 2018 or before the room block is filled, whichever comes first. The hotel has extended the special rate three days before and three days after the meeting. There is limited guest room availability at the special rates; early reservations are based on availability. The standard hotel reservations cancellation policy will apply to all reservations.
Mayo Clinic not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
Travel
Taxis and rental cars are readily available at the airport. Travel and lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
