• Define intracranial pressure (ICP)
• Develop a differential for increased ICP
• Review standardized measurements of ICP
• Review anatomy of the optic nerve sheath
• Understand physiologic effects of elevated ICP on optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD)
• Overview of obtaining ONSD with bedside ultrasound (BUS)

• Review mechanisms of antiplatelet agent and implications for spontaneous ICH
• Describe the evidence for platelet transfusion and desmopressin administration in spontaneous antiplatelet-associated ICH
• Understand evidence for reversal agents used for other spontaneous ICH secondary to either warfarin or DOACs
