Description:

Weekly review of pertinent neuromuscular case studies, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, electrodiagnostic techniques and interpretations, and multi-disciplinary neuromuscular clinic allied health topics.

Objectives: 

Objective 1    Describe the basic principles of therapeutic plasma exchange.

Objective 2    Recognize how to utilize the American Society for Apheresis Guidelines for treatment indications.

Objective 3    Recognize the potential adverse events associated with TPE and how to mitigate these complications.

Credit (if available) is announced on the Group Home page.  All sessions are reviewed individually and credit is pulled for any that does not meet the criteria.
