Title:  IV tPA for Acute Ischemic Stroke with Known Cerebral Microbleeds

  • To evaluate the available evidence regarding the risk of intracerebral hemorrhage when administering IV tPA for acute ischemic stroke in patients with known cerebral microbleeds
  • To discuss how the available evidence can influence decision making and exclusion criteria for the administration of IV tPA
