Neurology- 2021 LIVESTREAM CNE Conference

December 2, 2021

This neurology nursing conference is designed to enhance nursing practice to care for neurology patients, focusing on knowledge, skills, and assessments. Unique neurology patient populations will also be presented including COVID-19, transgender, and epilepsy patients.

All sessions will be recorded and available for registered attendees to view through March 2, 2022. Please note the recordings will available 10 days after the live event.

Target Audience

This livestream CNE conference is designed for nurses and other healthcare professionals providing care for patients in any Neurovascular healthcare setting.
 

Learning Objectives

 

  • Differentiate the NIH stroke scale, the Glasgow coma scale, and a general neurologic assessment
  • Identify risk factors for patients at a higher risk of stroke
  • List two examples how neurology nurses are working at the highest scope of nursing practice
  • Describe neurologic considerations for unique patient populations
