Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Demonstrate examples of mind-body exercise and type most utilized by physical therapists.
2. Identify patients who would most benefit from mind-body exercise program.
3. Integrate mind-body exercise knowledge into tools to offer patients with chronic low back pain.
4. Review published strategies to increase staff participation in research activities.
5. Identify personal strategies to engage in research that department members have used which have been helpful.
6. Assess current research agendas for department members.
