Through insightful discussions, attendees acquire a deep understanding of the unique challenges encountered by Hispanic women/Latinas in medicine and learn effective strategies to overcome them. Renowned speakers lead the discussion on a variety of topics, including career advancement, leadership skills, and work-life balance. This course addresses important issues such as equity advocacy, microaggressions, culturally sensitive care, and healthcare disparities among Hispanics. Whether a student, early-career professional, or established practitioner, this course provides a networking platform to connect, share experiences, and find mentorship to support your journey in healthcare.

Learning Objectives
