This immersive, two-day course combines expert-led, case-based education with extensive hands-on simulation to advance knowledge and procedural skills in interventional pulmonary care. Participants will explore current approaches to lung cancer screening and pulmonary nodule evaluation, robotic bronchoscopy, EBUS and cryobiopsy, difficult airway management, airway stenting, endobronchial lung volume reduction, pleural disease, lung transplant complications, and emerging ablative therapies. The program features a live robotic bronchoscopy case and hands-on wet and dry simulation labs utilizing advanced robotic platforms, imaging technologies, and procedural techniques, providing practical experience that can be applied to safe, effective, evidence-based patient care.

Target Audience
This course is designed for pulmonologists, pulmonary fellows, advanced practice providers, nurses, physician assistants, technicians, respiratory therapists, internists, hospitalists, and intensivists seeking to enhance their bronchoscopy, interventional pulmonary techniques, and bedside pulmonary procedures such as thoracentesis and point-of-care ultrasound.
Respiratory therapists play a critical role in bronchoscopy suites, interventional pulmonary programs, airway management, pleural procedures, lung volume reduction programs, and procedural patient care. This activity is designed to enhance the knowledge and procedural understanding necessary for respiratory therapists to support advanced pulmonary interventions safely and effectively.
