Lodging Accommodations:

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach with special course rates:

• Interior View:  $320 per night
• Partial Ocean View:  $399 per night
• Lanai Pool View:  $399 per night

The $28 resort fee is waived and includes:

• High speed internet in the guest room
• Beach chair and umbrellas
• Beach activities, boogie boards, skim boards, beach paddle tennis, bicycles
• Access to fitness center, sauna and steam room
• Fitness classes
• In room bottled water

To ensure accommodations at the discounted rate, please make your reservations directly with the hotel on or before January 9, 2017, or before the room block is filled.  Reservations can be made by calling 305-671-2609 or 1-800-241-3333, please identify the event Mayo Clinic Endocrine Update and event dates of January 30-February 3.  

You may also book your room online.  When booking online use the following group codes to receive the discounted rates:

• MAYMAYA – standard interior, king bed, $320
• MAYMAYB – standard interior, two double beds, $320
• MAYMAYC – partial ocean view, $399
• MAYMAYD – lanai pool view, $399

Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting.  Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
