Travel
Rochester, Minnesota, is a friendly city that greets thousands of visitors from around the world each year.  The city is serviced by a modern international airport with multiple flights daily via American or Delta Airlines.  Access to and from the airport is provided by taxi, shuttle service, and rental car.  The airport is located approximately 10 miles from the Mayo Clinic campus.  
    
Note to Travelers: Several cities in the United States are named Rochester.  When you make airline reservations and check your baggage, be sure that your destination is Rochester, Minnesota (RST) and that your baggage has been properly tagged.

Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is located approximately 82 miles from Rochester. The following shuttle services offer multiple trips daily:

Rates are quoted for one-way fares to or from the Minneapolis Airport.  Rates are subject to change and do not include taxes, fees, or gratuities.

Lodging Accommodations
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate at the Rochester Marriott Hotel. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of July 16, 2015, whichever comes first.

Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Radiology course when making your reservation.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed as a meeting participant and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

Parking
Parking is available in hotel, city, and Mayo patient/visitor ramps. The cost for parking is not included in the registration fee; parking will not be validated.

Attendees and their guest(s) are cordially invited to join the course faculty for the Welcome Reception on Saturday, August 15, 2015. This casual reception welcomes you to Rochester, officially opens the course, and offers you the perfect opportunity to make connections with existing and new colleagues. Pre-registration is requested.

Syllabus
A complimentary syllabus on flash drive is provided for this course. A paper syllabus is not available.

Also, a mobile app for both Android and iOS (Apple) mobile users will be provided to attendees approximately one week prior to the course. Within the app, attendees will have the opportunity to browse through slides, take notes, highlight and access additional course information including speaker bio information and local attractions.
