Travel
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort is located approximately 21 miles (30 minutes) from the Orlando Airport (MCO).  The Four Seasons Resort Orlando does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available.  Ten major rental car companies are represented at Orlando Airport and are located in Terminal A and Terminal B on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).  A one-way taxi fare to the Four Seasons Orlando is approximately $70, and a one-way private sedan fare ranges from $85 to $110 USD. Rates are subject to change.

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate:
Run of House: $299 per night

Please note that service charges and taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate. Porterage and housekeeping gratuities are at the individual’s discretion, but $12 per person, round trip is recommended for porterage, and $7 per room, per day is recommended for housekeeping. There is no charge for children up to the age 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children per room.

The special group rates are offered when checking in on October 14 and checking out on October 27, based on availability. Reservations can be made by calling 407-313-7777 and requesting the Reservations Department.  Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Advances in Diagnostic Radiology course when making your reservations. In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made prior to September 17, 2015 and will be based on availability. Reservations will be taken based on space and rate availability.  We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed as a meeting participant and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Parking
Valet parking is available for $15 per event and $26 overnight.  Self-parking is not available.  Rate is subject to change.  Taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate.

Welcome Reception – Monday evening, October 19, 2015
Attendees and their guest(s) are cordially invited to join the course faculty for the Welcome Reception on Monday, October 19, 2015, at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort.  This casual reception welcomes you to Orlando, officially opens the course, and offers you the perfect opportunity to make connections with existing and new colleagues.  Pre-registration is requested.

DISNEY CHARACTER BREAKFAST – Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort offers the Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy & His Pals character breakfast weekly at Ravello restaurant.  The buffet-style breakfast is offered on Thursdays and features a wonderful assortment of traditional breakfast offerings.  A photographer will be onsite to capture your wonderful memories with Goofy & His Pals, the always-entertaining stars of the breakfast.  The Character Breakfast includes complimentary digital downloads of the professional photographs taken with Goofy & His Pals.  Reservations are required and can be made by contacting the Resort’s on-site dining reservations team at 407-313-6161.  Reservations are available from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

GOLF – The Tranquilo Golf Club at Four Seasons Resort Orlando is named to reflect the Spanish revival style of the Resort, and pay homage to the Florida landscape, such as the Southern Live Oak trees that are found throughout the course.  A certified Audubon sanctuary, Tranquilo Golf Club is home to abundant wildlife.  The picturesque and serene Tom Fazio-designed course features topography unique to central Florida, with its varying elevation and wetlands.  The secluded course is very tranquil, allowing one to connect with nature and truly escape.

Syllabus
A complimentary syllabus on flash drive is provided for this course. A paper syllabus is not available.  Also, a mobile app for both Android and iOS (Apple) mobile users will be provided to attendees approximately one week prior to the course. Within the app, attendees will have the opportunity to browse through slides, take notes, highlight and access additional course information including speaker bio information and local attractions.
