A special group rate of $295 per room per night (plus taxes) for run-of-house guest rooms is extended to course participants and guests. Discounted rates for upgraded room types (coastline view for $450 and ocean view for $575) have been established with limited availability. Group rates apply three (3) days prior to and three days (3) post-course dates, subject to group room availability. 

The resort fee (regular rate of $25) is waived per room per day.  The resort fee services include internet access in guest rooms and access to the ocean view fitness center as well as the sauna and steam rooms in The Spa (excludes services which are an additional charge). 

Overnight valet parking is $15; $15 day use parking for guests not staying overnight.

Reservation requests can be made online or call toll-free (877) 266-6065 and reference the Mayo Clinic guest room block. Requests for accommodations are based on availability of the Mayo group room block. All reservations must be accompanied by a two-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. To ensure accommodations, make your reservation before the room block is filled or by July 2, 2015 and reference “Mayo Clinic – Guest Room Block.” 

Summer is a popular time to be on the coast and the hotel sells out often, so don't delay! 

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy applies to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Recreation/Leisure Activities
Dana Point Harbor provides slips and mooring for more than 2,500 boats along with more than 50 specialty shops and restaurants. The Harbor attracts thousands of visitors annually for shopping, whale watching, sport fishing, walking, bicycling, parasailing and a whole host of recreational activities.

Located along a premier coastal stretch halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, the Laguna Beach Coast is one of the most popular areas in North America. Beautiful beaches and coastlines are the perfect backdrop for relaxing at restaurants and strolling by or browsing through various shops.

Popular tourist venues include Catalina Island, the Laguna Playhouse, the Laguna Art Museum, the Pacific Marine Mammal Center and Mission San Juan Capistrano. Activities include kayaking, surfing, skimboarding, golfing, and hiking as well as nearby whale and dolphin watching.
