Guest rooms at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando® have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate of $199 plus applicable taxes for single/double occupancy.  Guests also receive complimentary internet access in guest sleeping rooms. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of September 9, 2015 whichever comes first.  The resort has extended the group rate three days prior and three days after the meeting based on availability. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and checkout time is before 11:00 AM. Rooms are limited so we encourage early booking.
