Make your reservations on-line. You are urged to make reservations early.  A limited block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $133 + tax single/double/triple and quad occupancy.  Maid and Bellman gratuities are optional and to be paid by the individual guest’s discretion.  Children under the age of 18 will stay complimentary.  Check-in time is at 3 p.m. and check out time is at Noon. To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled by the expiration date of:  October 22, 2015.  Reservations will be taken following this date based upon resort room availability, at the contracted meeting.
