Conveniently located on the Mayo Clinic Hospital Campus, the Residence Inn Phoenix Desert View at Mayo Clinic offers spacious suites, complimentary hot buffet breakfast, high-speed internet access, fitness facilities, swimming pool, business center, and free parking. Check-in time starts at 3 p.m.; check-out time is noon.
Hotel rooms are limited. You are urged to make reservations early.
A limited block of Studio King guestrooms have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $259 single or double occupancy, per room, per night (plus applicable state and local taxes). Group rates will be honored three days prior and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability.
To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled or by the cut-off date of January 8, 2018. Reservations will be taken following this date, based upon room block availability, at the contracted meeting rate. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to mca.cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
