The Westin Kierland Resort has reserved a block of luxurious rooms for course participants and guests at a special group rate of $279 (USD), per room, per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.27%) in effect at the time of check-in. Children younger than 17 years of age staying in an adult’s room are complimentary. Third or fourth adult person rates are $50. Complimentary guest room internet (wireless or hard wired) is included in the group rate. Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days after the course dates, based on group room availability.

You can make your reservation online or telephone (800) 354-5892 before February 1, 2016. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the hotel on February 1, 2016 will be accepted at the group rate based on group room block availability. A deposit equal to one night’s stay ($279 plus tax) is required to hold each individual’s reservation. When making a reservation, identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Gastroenterology course. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.

Guests may “opt in” or “opt out” of the daily resort services fee, a reduced rate of $19 per room, per night, plus taxes and includes local and long distance domestic and 1-800 guest room calls, access to Agave Spa Yoga and Well Walk fitness classes, expanded shuttle service on a schedule to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter for individual use, and tennis course and equipment rental. If guests elect to “opt out,” all services and amenities will be available at a la carte pricing.

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION 
Hertz is offering a reduced daily rate for course attendees.  Visit Hertz online. Special rates include unlimited mileage and are subject to availability. Advance reservations are recommended; blackout dates may apply.
