The 2023 Holistic Health and Well-Being Conference will be a unique experience that includes evidence-based overviews of a variety of holistic approaches for mind, body, and spirit well-being. The purpose of this conference is to provide participants with a variety of strategies for self-care which can be incorporated in their practice and inspire whole person care. There will be an opportunity for experiential learning. This year's topics include functional medicine, aligning holistic and integrative nursing, well-being, nature, resiliency in teams, guided meditation, movement, and many more.
ASWB Credit is being offered with 14.33 General Credit Hours
Target Audience
This online CNE conference is designed for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe strategies to improve workplace mental health
- Compare and contract holistic and integrative nursing specialties
- Outline the scope and standards of practice for holistic nursing
- Experience four tools that improve well-being

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cne@mayo.edu.
If the cancellation is made prior to the start of the activity, a refund less an administration fee of $25 will be issued. If the cancellation is made after the start of the activity, no refund will be issued. All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
