This session provides an overview of Mayo Clinic critical care outreach efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the use of both enhanced critical care services and innovative international virtual education initiatives. Subject matter experts and leaders from the Mayo Clinic critical care community describe the rapid deployment of a just-in-time telemedicine initiative to support non-critical care providers caring for COVID patients in an overflow ICU setting in New York, and the development and dissemination of focused critical care education and bedside decision support tools to critical care providers in the Balkans through a collaborative effort with local critical care leaders,  support from the World Health Organization, and innovative use of social media platforms.
